Seven Hills Properties has been developing sites in San Francisco since 1999. Tom Rocca is a San Francisco native who currently leads the Seven Hills effort to build the 60 unit mixed-use project at the corner of Cesar Chavez and Mission.
During his twenty years as a developer, Tom has been involved in the design and construction of a variety of projects ranging from large-scale Single Room Occupancy (SRO) units to single family homes. With this current project, Tom hopes to fulfill a citywide need for homes for working San Franciscans. In his two years of developing this site, Tom has made a strong effort to work with the neighborhood, and the project now reflects the thoughts and needs of the surrounding community.
